1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PancakeSwap Print Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

PancakeSwap Print Studio provides custom apparel printing services including:

• Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing
• Embroidery services
• Custom merchandise production
• Branded apparel collections

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Quotations are based on information provided by the customer
• Prices may be subject to change if specifications are altered

3.2 Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit
• Production begins after final artwork approval
• Minimum order quantities apply as specified in quotations

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Credit card payments
• Business accounts (subject to approval)

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Full payment required for orders under $500
• 50% deposit required for orders over $500
• Balance due upon completion and prior to delivery

5. Artwork & Design

5.1 Artwork Requirements

• High-resolution files (300 DPI minimum)
• Preferred formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, PSD

• Color specifications must be clearly indicated

5.2 Design Services

• Design services are available at additional cost
• Design revisions are limited to 3 rounds
• Additional revisions incur extra charges

5.3 Color Matching

While we strive for color accuracy, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to:

• Variations in fabric types and colors
• Different printing methods and limitations
• Screen and monitor color variations

6. Production & Delivery

6.1 Production Time

• Standard production time is 7-14 business days
• Rush orders may be available at additional cost
• Production time begins after final approval

6.2 Delivery

• Delivery times are in addition to production time
• Shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight
• International shipping may incur additional fees and delays

7. Quality & Returns

7.1 Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards and inspect all products before shipping. Minor variations in:

• Print placement (±1cm)
• Color shade variations
• Fabric texture differences

Are considered acceptable and do not constitute defects.

7.2 Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Custom printed items are non-returnable unless defective
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Customer Designs

• Customers warrant they have rights to use submitted designs
• We are not responsible for copyright infringement
• Customers indemnify us against intellectual property claims

8.2 Our Designs

Any designs created by PancakeSwap Print Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Delivery delays beyond our control
• Customer-supplied materials or garments

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Supplier shortages
• Equipment failures

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
